It really depends,it could be pristine and last for ages,or it could be a shed! There are examples of both out there and only you can decide. Look out for damp walls and floor,mould and chassis damage. The age of the tyres as well as the tread is important as is the state of the hitch. Get a good one and it will last if you look after it.

Ours will be 13 years old this year and still in very good condition, it all depends on how they have been treated in the past.
