Most Conways and Cabanons can suffer this,I assume the stratos beds are similar to older models.The brackets can bend a little with time. Brute force seems to work. With the bed board vertical,pull down hard and it should shift back into place. The problem seems to stem from not always getting the bed perfectly level, or the trailer shifting after erection due to there not being enough tension on the steadies..
