We were away camping in our Pennine Pathfinder at the weekend and the electric socket cut out, we have changed the fuse and checked the trip is on and the socket is still not working, everything else ie fridge, pump and light are working any ideas what the problem could be? Any help on this would be grateful.

Were you on EHU at the time? Which socket 240v or 12v? Is it only one socket or more than one? Is the fridge on mains, gas or 12V? Pump and lights work off 12v so thats working. Any info you can give will help.

Unfortunately I'm the only one in our house who is not psychic.

We were on ehu at the time and the fridge was on electric and not gas.The socket is 12v.

Are any of the 12V sockets working?
Have you traced the cable back from the socket to the control panel to see if it has become disconnected?
There may be an in line fuse on the positive & also sometimes the negative cables.

Have you plugged in something you know works into the socket. It may be the equipment and not the socket that's not working.

Yes we have tried something in that we knew was working but the socket wasnt. We only have i double socket in our conway. We had a look at the cables and the connections all seemed ok.
