Hi there, when I was taking the awning down on Sunday, the hole on the main centre folding framework that the awning pole clips into seems to have started to split either side. Apart from Pennine directly has anyone got any suggestions as to where to get a replacement or how to fix?

Help greatly appreciated.

You have to remove the canvas one side, where its screwed into the ply at the bed end roll it passed the main pole then pull it out.

Once the screws are out it should take about 10mins, obviously remove your canopy inside and undo the straps that are tied on, but it shouldn't take long to do.

Have had to replace that pole twice for same reason - awning pole seems to put stress on it and it starts to crack.

Both times bought replacement from Pennine.

Note you do not need to remove any part of the canvas.  Just untie the inner tent from the pole and you should be able to slide out the pole and insert the new pole.
