We have a (2nd hand) Sunncamp 350 se, only been away in it once.
The kitchen area have shorter poles with a spike on the top of them which goes through a eyelet in the roof. One of the spikes comes out - how do we stop this? Should we buy a new plastic insert with the spike fixed?
Sorry in advance for daft question
Just push it back in and it should be ok as it is normal for the spike to move. In fact if you pulled on the other one that would also come out. The only reason the pole has a spike is so it can go through the eyelet and keep the pole in place
Totally agree with Griff. I have also just purchased a 350 SE and been away in it and a coupe of my poles have loose spikes but once their put up they hold together no probs. If you really want just glue it in place so you don't lose it.
------------- As soon as the legs are down, the bottle is open.
Thank you Griff and Neil! Didn't pull the spike on the other one as didn't want two broken poles! Very helpful - thanks again :-) We were hoping to go away this weekend again but the weather's put us off. Maybe next weekend ......
