Hi, we have a 1994 Conway cardinal folding camper, does anyone know/can recommend anywhere for repairs to the winding up/down mechanism please? One corner of ours is only partially winding up and not supporting itself?

We have a Conway Cardinal and have had the same thing happen! (I think it's a common fault). We have just had 3 days away in it for the first time and have used 4 pieces of wood to support the roof up and it did just fine! It was the cheaper option for us as well as we would have probably had to replace the whole mechanism.

Wind up mechanism has broke on our Conway Cardinal. Gave tvs in Bolton a call and they rather abruptly told me "no one will touch it"...won't be using them for anything then.
