When I recently sold my FC, I used the original pictures from the advert that I had bought the FC 3 years before.
I was not trying to "scam" anyone or do anyone, but I simply had no decent pictures of the FC other than holiday snaps, so it seemed sensible to use the pics from the original advert.
While I would imagine that there are scammers out there, not everyone who uses old pictures are trying to do you and as long as you ask the right questions and are careful, there are still good bargains to be had and great units to be bought.
