A couple of months ago our trailer tent was badly damaged in gale force winds and we're going through the insurance to get it sorted.

It's taken a while to come to this point but we have now had it confirmed that all the mangled poles can be replaced so we're about to put in a claim.

Is there anyone out there who has made a similar claim?  How long does it take from sending the claim to the insurance company okaying it and then the manufacturer sending the parts?

We're supposed to be in our tt for a week in Suffolk in early August and are beginning to think that it may not happen.
