Please can any one tell me how to remove the canvas from the frame . I need to have a hinge welded and the fabric has to be removed. I think is should be possible but can't find any info online. I dropped the box and bent the hinge!!!

Your canvas is attached to the roof bars with zips. It's attached to the trailer by the canvas going through a channel. Should be easy enough to remove, just a bit fiddly to put back on again.

Make sure the canvas is bone dry before you remove it and keep it dry till you refit it. It can shrink a lot more than you think and you will never be able to refit it. Less of a problem if it's already been a few times.
