We have had a leak from our sky light in our Cardinal Clubman during our week away last week. It is a reoccurring problem which has happened once before but I thought I had re-sealed the sky light.
The rain has now warped the roof and needs replacing

Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it or
Does anyone have any suggestions please

Hi Jo & welcome to the forum

Gosh 99 people have viewed this thread, yet none of them can help you, & I'm just as bad because I've never owned a folding camper either. Sorry Jo  Hope someone will come along soon to advise you.

Hi how long ago was it sealed?
Might be worth picking out the sealant and cleaning the area and re sealing it!
Are you sure it's the sky light this style of campers are also common for leaking along the centre roof seal

Is it the rooflight itself that is leaking or is it the surround?

I had a leak from the rooflight surround and repaired it by removing the rooflight and then unscrewing the inner part of the surround. This allowed me to lift the outer part of the surround to expose the original mastic which had not been put on properly and there were gaps in it.
This was on a brand new van!!!!!

I removed all the mastic and then ran a bead of Sikaflex around the roof, under where the outer rooflight surround sat and put it all back together.

No more leaking rooflight!
