Hi does anyone know if folding campers are classified as a tent or a caravan? I am looking at booking a pitch on a particular site and the only options are caravan or tent??

They are more like a caravan due to how they pitch and their requirements but speak to site owner if in doubt, or choose if you can whichever is cheaper!

I always book mine as a trailer tent I then don,t have to pay extra for the awning.
