Hi everyone,
I have a Raclet Quickstop and have a old 1930s style garage that is water tight.should I remove the mattress and the iner tent over the winter. The cover is fine with no holes and is securely fitted.
Entirely personal preference, and everyone has their own opinion on it, from those who have dry garage storage, but still remove them, to those who have been storing them outside for years, without removing soft furnishings, with no problem.
If you have space to store them, by all means take them out (bearing in mind, of course, that mice can still get at them in any garage or loft).
Personally, I have mine stored in a council garage, and I take out all electrical items, but leave soft furnishings in. As I say though; everyone has their own opinion on it.
