Hi, We have recently taken ownership of a Conway Ascot DL trailer tent. We would like to buy a carpet for this but have no idea as to where we would be able to buy one.

Does anyone know of a company that does cheap carpets for this make/model of trailer tent.

Or any where that can cut to size that's reasonably priced.

Thanks in advance.
Rob

You could fit normal household carpet by gluing in place or using gripper strips. Better still get vinyl flooring and have removable carpet to give you a choice. Carpet can be a pain when it's muddy but lovely when it's cold.

Ah I meant for the Awning. We currently use the groundsheet and carpet from our old tent. Which we would like to sell and use the money to put towards these.

I've priced breathable ground sheeting up on ebay and to fit the awning I am looking at about £45 - £50 for that. Just cannot find anywhere the does carpets.

I think I might have solved this.

We own the Mojave 5 tent and the first time we used the trailer tent we used this carpet. We had to fold it a little to make it fit. I have had a look and Go Outdoors have the Mojave 5 Carpet on sale for £19.99 so it may be worth while buying this. We want to sell the tent as complete as possible so that the buyer don't have to spend anything to have a more comfortable camping experience.
