I don't use a Hitchcock as I have a wheel clamp, don't be mislead by insurance company's as I bought one they recommended then they said it was not on their register !
As for a carpet, we got an Eco style one from Camperlands when we bought the Olympe, it allows bits to fall through but it come to walk on.
We always put a ground sheet under the zig, this keeps it relatively clean.
Also, look at buying the sun canopy, it's a fantastic addition, we paid 300 pounds new from Black Country Caravans, picked it up on our way down to Dorset last year and wondered why why we never bought one earlier ! Spent every mealtime sitting under it
Best regards,
Tony

Hi Jambon
Looks like we too purchased an olympe around the same time as you, and are also trying it out for the first time at easter! Can't wait, good luck with it.
Brilliant! You didn't get it from BCC did you as there was a couple having a demo of one when I took the kids to look at some a week before we got ours.
I tried not to look too nosey so kept popping in and out all the time the must have thought I was mad with 2 little monkeys in tow lol
Hope you have a great time in yours. Did you get the sun canopy as it looks like everyone is raving about them I joined the trigano owners group and everyone on there is so nice and really helpful.
Hope you have a great time Where ever you are going
We got ours from camperlands and were doing the same thing!
Didnt get the sun canopy as it didnt looked very big and it might just cause issues in the wind! But will have to take a look. We did get an annexe tho for longer breaks. have also signed up to the trigano owners, just waiting and acceptance. Cant wait to try it out!
I signed up to the Trigano group last week and have been discussing it since.
John and Kerry have posted pics of the canopy as I said exactly the same thing and its looks loads bigger than the pics on the internet and the side bits cover more of the side too.
the a
nnex us another future purchase as although the pup tents look great I think our 5 and 3 year old are used to the big rooms they each had in our tent. Let me know how it was with the annex if you don't mind as it looks quite spacious?
Hi there,
We've just bought our first trailer tent too, a 2nd hand olympe. First outing will be next week. Cant wait!
Anyone know where the best place to buy a central bed pod from? I'm going to have a go at making the slatted bit myself but need the fabric pod to go with it...
Also, is it ok to leave all the pans, cutlery etc in the kitchen unit when on the move?
Thanks
