Hi does anybody know where I can purchase the water knob that turns the electric water pump on to the sink or if a knob from other folding caravans will fit it. Desperate to sort this problem. Any advice welcome

I'm still not sure exactly what model of Rapido you have, never heard of the "easy carry", but if it's a knob then presumably the shaft the knob fits on will be of a certain diameter with one flat side. If you can find the size of the shaft (across the rounded part) then you should be able to find some kind of knob that will fit. Any chance of putting a photo in your gallery which may help people identify your van and be able to help better.

There is a straight slot on the shaft and the knob should also have a straight bit going across the middle that slots into the shaft which is 6-7mm
