you should be able to get new bearings for the hub without too much trouble. maybe speak to your nearest MCEA mobile engineer (google MCEA and you'll find the website).
good luck

Teach a man to fish and he'll sit around on a boat all day drinking beer!
The axle is damaged also so what do we do now can we get a new one or as anyone got a second hand one for a rapido confort not sure what year it is
How do I find out the year it was made?

Year will usually be on the plate somewhere on the drawbar, on earlier ones it's in a box marked "annee" or on later ones part of the serial number.. as they were only made up till about 1990 the number should be fairly obvious i.e. 2 of the numbers starting with an 8 e.g. ********86******. I suggest you join one of the Rapido Groups online either on Facebook or Aimoo
tried joining the Rapido group twice never got the email back to say I could join problems with Aimoo aparantly.
Have now found a trailer repair place near dover that can make me a complete new axle , plates, drums just going to bolt it on so will keep you informed
Thanks
