Hi guys & galls, we've just had a great week over on the East coast in our Crusader....all went well until last night.
In the times we've used our camper we've never had a leak, then that storm hit us last night.
The water came through the canvas along where the "hoop" touched the canvas at the bedroom end....the one we always use.
We then made up the sofa bed and used that...talking about it this morning I suggested to the wife an idea about making a "Fly sheet" the sort we had back in the old days which you would put over a tent....she had the same idea but thought it wouldn't work...any thoughts on this folks??

Simpler to find out why it leaked, and then sort it.I have seen tarps used to protect canvas from tree sap,and as a short term emergency fix,why not,but anywhere that it touches would probably create more leaks.
