Hi - I have a Conway Tardis folding camper - it is a 1986 model - the problem I have with it - is that when you wind it up or down it is a bit stiff - does anyone know or can they suggest where to grease it etc - we are not sure where to do it - or can anyone suggest what else it might be please? - I would be very grateful for some help.  We don't really want to go to a dealer as they will charge the earth - I am pretty sure it just needs us to put some grease/lubrican in it somewhere - WHERE we don't know. - Thank you.

dont use grease as the winch has a clutch in it so when you are winding it down there is supposed to be a bit of resistance, but have a look at your other post as this might be the problem.
