I have just purchased a 2005 Conway crusader and when we pulled it open we heard a tear and there is a tear in the canvas near the seam over the bed. Can anyone tell us how we take the canvas off so we can get it repaired

Get on to tent valeting services for repair they are very helpful.

not very helpful to you now, but does anyone know what causes this?. It is not the first time I have seen or heard of this happen. A family member has the same year of crusader and it tore on their second opening. I have also been watching a number on ebay that also have damage, always seems to be on the bed above the gas locker.
they all seem to be fixed with tape by the way :)
I am looking at changing my Crusier next year for a crusader and wondered if it is something that can be avoided?
