Hope so. It's quite an expensive upgrade and when I first discovered the leak, it was quite concerning. Especially when we had been in some horrendous downpours in the old canvas and not one drop passed through it
I shouldn't worry. Ours doesn't leak when it rains. Its a 2010 model. If you are worried contact the dealer. If memory serves me correctly if the problem persists Pennine can supply a seam sealant for any small leaks that may persist. There is a thread on this web site that has details.
I did contact Pennine and was told it "could" take up to 6 times to stop leaking. Also said if it doesn't stop, they could provide a can of Aquatex.
Forgive me, but after paying a small fortune for the new style canvas, I had hoped to be not "fixing" it with an £8 aerosol if you know what I'm saying.
Anyhow, fingers crossed it will be fine. It's not a large leak but a leak all the same as I said.
