Just making a list of "jobs to do" this including running around with a grease gun an any nipples i find (steady now) will get a squirt - anyone know what size they are on a Conway Cruiser?

Do towballs/ hitches get greased? we have a Al-ko without all the stabilising stuff on (old school 1996)

If you have not got a stabiliser hitch, yes, grease the towball.

Never grease a towball if you have any sort of stabiliser. Stops it working properly.
Otherwise ... grease away.

As for the grease itself...

Try and lay your hands on a blue 'HP' type grease.

Something like THIS

We use this JCB - HP grease on our machines at work.

Horrible to get on yourself, but it's damn good at it's job!!!

Better than 'lithium' grease, as we've found this doesn't 'last' in our machines.

The blue stuff gets a better 'hold' in moving parts - be it a slow moving, or fast moving (bearings etc) part.
