I need some new tyres for my Countryman. The tread is fine but I am replacing because of age. I have tried a local tyre bay but I'm afraid they didn't fill me with confidence when I asked if they would fit to my camper.

Does anyone know of either a mobile tyre fitter or a tyre bay (with easy access) in the Mansfield / Nottingham / Chesterfield / Alfreton area that would fit to a folding camper?

As I also have a motor mover but the tread hasn't decreased much on the tyres, so hope that no adjustment is required. I am replacing the tyres with the same as to what is currently on the unit (175/65 R14 86T).

Thank you for your help.

I seem to remember a thread on here not long ago about tyres on the drive, a mobile tyre fitting service. You could look back on earlier posts

Camskill tyres for us.

Mail order only, but we still saved a packet even after getting them fitted to the rims by an independent...

Massive choice too, not just 'it's only what we've got / use' excuse from dealers...
