Looking at the front locker door on our 2007 Pathfinder we have noticed the hinge on one side has broken and it appears there is no easy fix as it looks so weak. I cannot find anywhere that sells just locker doors. Am I missing somewhere obvious? Otherwise is there a way of repairing it?

Mines the same, asked about a replacement at Pennine and they would be a lot of money as they have to make so many hundred at a time.

I'm looking at either cutting down a couple of large washers and fixing either side or tring to fix with fibreglass repair kit

I like the idea of using cut down washers Connorsdad. So will give that a go. Wait here for success or failure!

Our front locker lid flew off yesterday on the motorway in France, same year of manufacture and same model too; is there a possible fault on this particular Pennine?

Pennine don't produce this cover any more and told us we would need a new front end, lets just say my husband needed a stiff drink when they told him how much. We are going to go through our insurance company. The current Pathfinder is a completely new design.
