Have a look at the Trigano Olympe. With underbed tents and an annexe you could fit. Or maybe the older teenagers could camp in little pup tents allowing you more choice.

Hi, I mean little one man tents that could go outside the main tent to give you extra space and the teenagers a little privacy.
The Olympe has two double beds and you can add an extra double bed to the middle living area. You also can have 2 underbed tents sleeping realistically 2 and then you can get an additional side annexe which is 2 berth but really only sleeps one.

Pup tent or two or three is a good suggestion. Our teen son loved being in a separate tent, he could stay there most of the morning.

Sites charge a small amount per pup tent per night and it fits on your pitch.

After age 15 or 16 they don't want to come any more so by the time you get your huge new tent or trailer tent you won't need it.

In France loads of people had pup or pop up tents as extras on their pitches as you were only charged for your pitch. You would see all the teenagers crawling out of them around midday lol

I was pitched next to a family who had a very physically disabled teenage daughter who used a large electric wheelchair.   They had a caravan, but I imagine a folding camper would work the same. On the awning, they had a tall annexe. The wheel chair fitted into there and the also had a camp bed on which the daughter could sleep.
If you are looking at pup tents, Decathlon were flogging the throw up ones for £22 ish yesterday.

We are a family of seven ( 2 adults. 16,14,11,9 and 2) we've just got the trigano olympe because it was so versatile. The middle of the trailer can be made in to a third double ( with kit from trigano or diy!) we got the side annex which is perfect for out two year old and the oldest as a pop up tent we use in the lounge, with the pop up tent in the living area felt smaller than our tent was so ordering the sun canopy for next year so that the table can live outside even in rain.
The only thin I would say is the annex Hight isn't great and lip on the groundsheet may make it hard getting the wheelchair into.
