Hello all, hoping someone can help out. I've just inherited an elderly Comanche Atlanta trailer tent but I'm having real difficulty tracking down instructions for the TT and awning - does anyone have any? will gladly cover costs. Cheers

Is the Comanche Atlanta a trailer tent or a folding camper?

Hi, Its a Trailer Tent but the type with a solid roof that becomes a bed area at one side (with the other side being the standard TT fold out wooden bed). Cheers

This one was for sale on a VW site a few years ago and it has good pictures but it would be handy to have a better idea on how all the various poles attach...

Have you tried youtube? There are lots of films of various trailer tents that might give you an idea of how it's erected.

You are very welcome. I expect that the setting up operation is fairly straight forward but it is a bit daunting when you've not seen it done before.

I have already looked on 'Youtube' but can't find anything in relation to the Comanche Atlanta unfortunately. However, the trailer tent sounds identical to a Combi-Camp trailer tent we used have about 1990.
I found this as it looks possible that the Comanche is part of the Combi-Camp group.

Hi, did you ever manage to get a set of instructions for your Comanche Atlanta?

I’m trying to locate a copy and can’t get one anywhere.

Thank you

Not sure if this will help. It looks similar.

Hi, no I don't think we did. In the end we didn't have it long as we had the offer of another model so sold it on. Sorry but not much use to you
