Well, Brand new it is £5.5K!!! But even so your example is 4 years old so I agree it seems overpriced to me as well. £2,800 might be more like it. Are people really paying over £5K for trailer tents when you can get a very good folding camper for the same money. Perhaps I am missing something.

Don't disagree that it could be a little pricey but I would expect anyone advertising on classifieds to be inviting offers at 10% lower than the listed price. Remember this is only 4 years old, a folding camper at £3k will be well over 10 years old depending on model. Of course condition is king but looks like it could be a nice little unit for anything less than £3k.
It looks very nice, but I agree with smartecosse that I would prefer a folding camper for that price, even if it was an older unit, our Pennine Fiesta, although 11 years old, cost us much less than that and is so quick and easy to set up, no pegging (other than if we use the awning) and inbuilt kitchen unit, all stocked and ready to go.
Why not look at folding campers as well as trailer tent, and consider your options, you might still decide on a trailer tent but at least you won't be making an expensive mistake price wise and will have all the info needed to make the right decision for you.

It was on eBay - starting at that price, but no bids.
I saw this on Ebay to. It looks nice but wasnt suprised that it didnt sell. Ive never bought a trailer tent but am looking as would like to take family camping into Europe. Is it the best time to sell? Do people want to buy a unit at the end of the season that isnt going to get much use for 6 months.
I agree it's too high. 2 years ago we bought our 2012 olympe for £2250. Included was the sun canopy, front box, 2 underbeds (but no kitchen). It had been used for 15 nights by the original owner, but we've just completed our 70th night in it in the 18 months we've had it.
