Would it be possible to adapt the new Pennine Air Porch to fit a Fiesta? Has anyone looked into it? I have both under bed skirts, so cant see a problem with the porch being too wide. Would be handy for short weekends away.

Edited to add.

Looking at it again, I think the problem would be the roof poles that connect to camper.

Think I have just answered my original question.

You have, indeed, already answered it.

The problem with the Air Porch 6 is that it doesn't attach to the main canvas, using a zip, like most awnings do. It is fastened on to the main camper poles, only, which means that the poles have to be in exactly the right place for it to work.

Unfortunately, there are no plans for a 4 berth version, as of yet, as Pennine feel it is not significantly different from the existing 4 berth full awning. The next development is likely to be a version for the older 6 berth models, like the Pullman and Sterling, and, potentially, for the slide out bed models.

Thanks for confirming that. The awning is not too bad to put up, would just have liked an alternative overnight option.

You can get adapted porch awnings for them, of course, just not the Air Porch 6, unfortunately.

Thanks again. Would you have a contact of where I could buy one, or is it a case of adapting yourself or hoping one comes up second hand?

I have read on here that someone (Lisa?) use to convert them.

Lisa still does. She's a member of the Pennine Owners Club, and, I belive, can be contacted at her other business, Oggys Cakes. She's, also, on here as Steer_2001. She has a post, not far down this page, selling parts for a Pathfinder.

I have exceptionally mixed feelings about the Pennine air porch that I bought new from Pennine. Great design concept but really badly manufactured with the effect that the roof poles would pop out of their pockets in a slight breeze. I contacted Pennine about it but the long and the short of it is that they aren't the slightest bit interested. But hey, that's always been my experience with Pennine anyway.
