hi Julie, similar thing happened to us a few years ago with a bad storm at towyn in wales, managed to buy a second hand set via uk campsite advert, we still have the set that was damaged, only a couple of poles not usable, not sure if these would fit the Conway, but if any use you are most welcome to have them, we are in Bolton, lancs, the other option we were advised was fibre glass poles, which tent valeting had in stock at the time, roughly £300, these are much lighter,otherwise give pennine a ring at Accrington, ask for nick one of the co-owners, I went up for the main cabin strut damaged in the same storm, very helpful guy, he gave us a few bits which are hard to get hold of,
