We've just bought a Conway Cruiser folding camper.
Just went to attach water to it today but what sort of connector do I need as it seems bigger than an ordinary hose pipe connector.

What age? Our 2008 model uses the smaller 23.5mm grey outlet pipe but has a Truma inlet for a submersible pump.

the connector is for a submersible pump, not direct to mains water. there are lots of different ones. mine uses a whale pump (92 crusier).

My (2008) connections:



The white flap is a Truma Crystal inlet (water + electrics) for a submersible pump like this one. The grey connector to which I'm pointing is the grey water outlet, which is a 23.5mm hose like this. This is smaller than the modern standard caravan hose which is 28mm-ish.

Does that look anything like what you have?

Just looking at the side it says it is a whale connection so I'm guessing it's a whale submersible pump. My neighbour has ones I will try using it and I will take a photo later and post here for help when I get home. Ta
