I have just bought a Combi Camp Family, thought to be an early 1990's model. As it's an older model I can't find out much about it. It has a kitchen which fits on the back when pitched. It's in great condition, the awning I suspect is not original but zips on without problem. I'm guessing it's just from a slightly newer model.
I'm particularly interested to find out the weight of the unit.
I'm also trying to find any diagrams on putting up the awning. Having had a caravan for many years, I'm used to awnings, but the poles with my Combi are leaving me somewhat puzzled!
Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

Sorry, cannot help with awning but if you weigh your unit at your local public weighbridge you will find out the actual weight.------------- mm48j

The gross weight of the Family is 450kg. Net weight depends on whether it is the braked version, or not. 240kg for unbraked and 255kg for braked.------------- The one good thing about being wrong is the joy it brings to others..

The Family was made between 1986 and 1998. If you are looking at older models, then this is a useful source of information;
