As far as I'm aware, Combi Camp didn't specify a net weight 'ex kitchen'. The net weight, all in was 425kg, so, if you have the kitchen unit, and can weigh that, the difference will be net weight without, obviously, but can't be any more specific than that.
As an aside, I thought they stopped making the Venezia in 2006. I believe they were made in 204 - 2006, then replaced by the Valley and the Country (although it's possible this was a late model sold in 2007, of course).
