Hi, we are struggling to put away our crusader. We've followed the right sequence, but when we slide the rear bed in the frame doesn't collapse properly and it is not flat. We've tried several times, checking the canvas isn't caught etc. Can anyone shed some light please? Thanks

Have you shortened the two top bars where the transit poles attach?

Have you got straps on the mattress keeping it in place? If not the mattress may be slipping and stopping the frame from locating in its correct position.

Have you got seating cushions aswell as bed cushions.
On my trailer tent I have to move the seating cushions to the floor or it doesn't fold down properly.

From memory, the horizontal tube at the top on both the front and the rear has to have both extended poles fully retracted and the little push-buttons located in the extreme inside hole position. If not, when you push one bed in, the other one pops out. Been there,.... too many times.
