Hi all,

We've just bought a 2004 Pathfinder and had our first trip out at the weekend. All good, but we don't plan on using the awning much and we are wondering what everyone does with their table when they're not using it? Is there a place for it to go in the van anywhere? We just left it in the boot of the car but it would be nice to have somewhere to store it.

We slide ours in front of the small pop up table in between the seats, to do this a small piece of the runner will need to be removed. Also used to doubled up as a bed side when our daughter was younger to stop her rolling out.

Thanks for your message, however i'm sure if it was designed to stay up all the time they wouldn't have included the pop up side table?

We bought a smaller version of the table. When we are not using it we put it under the back skirt. We have also kept the full sized table under the back skirt.

Thanks. I didn't have the skirts up but did think about putting one up to put table in. Might do this next time

Yes, indeed they did!

The pop up side table is an alternative ... but obviously no good for meals or playing board games.

When not bothering to put the awning up, it's the obvious thing to do ...

Note the set up plan here

We mostly leave our table up (ours is an older one without the side table anyway) we moslty sit outside unless cold or raining and awning not up. (and if sat inside for long, a board game will soon be out :-)

If we want it out of the way we fold up the legs and slide it on top of the bed, an oight maybe put it up on one of the seats. Though 13yo who normally sleeps in that end just clambers past it.

We slot the folded table into the gap between the wardrobe and the side of the camper. It sticks out a bit but seems to work well
