Has anybody replaced their roof latches? Just got our unit back from from workshop for fridge work, and noticed one of the latches has come away from the unit. It's the lower part with two 'stud' bits that go in. I assume we just need a new one and relocate in new position?

Ifs its "come away" then best to check that its not due to the wood being rotten behind the metal skin before replacing it.

Hi I had the same problem, it's easy to repair. I purchased some wooden dowel pegs 6/8mm - wood glue - stainless wood screws. Using a wood drill open up original holes. Drill pilot a hole through dowel pegs, glue in pegs sorted. If when you drill out holes if the swarfe is wet you have a bigger problem Roy.

Ok thanks guys. It's the bottom part of the latch. I think the adjustable clip bar may have been adjusted too tight. And then when it clamped shut it's out pressure and pulled out
