Good day, we finally ordered custom replacement canvas for our 1980s Easy in Canada. Has anyone got instructions or tips on how to hold the frame up with tent threaded over the poles before it is riveted to the trailer? The sewer has to have us put it on for a final fitting, which means taking it off for adjustments then putting it on again.
Very excited! But it’s like a large parachute and I could get blown away!

If no-one can give particular instructions you could think about how we do it on a Dandy every time we erect it.

This video shows strings permanently attached to the roof supports which we temporarily attach to the bed undersides.

Hi, I live in Canada. I have an Easy bought when there was a dealer way back then. It cost about $2000 Canadian to make and my original window vinyl was still good so it will be the same but in nylon instead of cotton. But I have to install it and don’t have any instructions. I searched online and this group keeps coming up so I joined hoping someone else could help.
