I have recently brought a 2001 Conway Classic Trio Trailer Tent at present it has no electric's i was wondering if any one could give me any tips on how to install some.
I do not want to run a fridge or anything, all it will before is running some LED Lights / Charge Phones
I can charge before I depart/onsite or when wild hopefully a solar panel just to top up the battery.

It might be a cheaper option simply to run a DC lead from your car battery for LED lighting in the trailer, its drain level is very low.
For the phones use power banks designed for that role, and boost them back up from a USB adaptor in the car whilst out and about driving.
Adding a battery is though easy enough, an issue is where to safely house it as most will need venting to atmosphere as well as fixing down securely.
In its most basic form that battery can be recharged from a portable solar panel, connected up with croc clips.
Very suitable folded portable panels are available.
IMO, you will waste your money on buying anything sub 50 Watts, they are now cheap enough that penny pinching on panel rating becomes somewhat silly.
That well know online auction site is the place to look, for sensibly priced solar panels rather than caravan type dealers.
You will not need a large battery for your stated needs, buying a small capacity one with decent "leisure" use characteristics will be something of a challenge. I think you will probably need to settle for a Varta LFD60 Ah for a decent item, though it is a bit over the top size wise. It uses technology that avoids having to vent it. Edit: don't be talked into their "alternatives" unless a good brand, Varta, Yuasa, Exide etc !!! Halfords do rebadge Yuasa, ensure it is a leisure battery not a car starter battery.
The sort of solar I was thinking is like this, not that this one specifically is recommended. It needs a controller like that one and ideally be mono crystalline in cell type.
