Hi randomly out cold water stopped running when we set up for our next trip. I turned the tap (white and blue knob) and it went on and off when turning one way and then stopped working apart from randomly kicking in every few hours.

The pump was old so replaced this but hasn’t fixed it. I think it S the knob but not sure what to do. Photo below

Does the tap click when you turn it on and off. If so, it is a microswitch in the tap which switches the pump on and off. There will be 2 wires behind it if you can see there. That switch may be faulty.

Thank you, it does make a click yes. I wiggled them yesterday the wires and it worked but stopped again.

Any thoughts on where to source a micro switch?

It sounds like the problem may be with the connections, have a look at the connectors and clean them up and if necessary replace them. Most caravan shops should have the microswitches in stock or look on eBay etc.
