I am trying to find out some information on my trailer tent attached have you seen this make/model before. Do you have any information on it? We are trying to find an awning.

There should be a plate on the body or chassis that'll give you the name of the manufacturer, I don't remember a model with that name though.
Awnings for trailer tents and folding campers are hard to find as they tend to be model specific. If you identify the maker you may find an owners club that could help .
You might find you need to use a driveaway awning or similar. They come with a flap going to a small camper van. You might be ably to erect the awning by the camper and either throw the flap over your roof and tie or peg down or possibly tread it under your roof and tie to the roof poles inside.
