I'm looking to add in some 12v equipment, but don't know what the name of the plugs used in the camper – what are they called, please? I think they're “CPS 5010 Clipsal 12V 2 Pin Plug” but wanted to double-check, please, thank you.
Or are there better ways to add in 12v equipment like lights, fans, etc?
I think they are a good system and seem robust and 10A rated.
You may want to think about using the cigar lighter type for kit which has that type of plug on it for convenience but my preference would still be the ones you showed, given a choice.

It's the 12 volt plug with two flat blade like pins like wot they used to use in caravans.
You could be right Navver. I know the kind of plugs you mean though. There's a socket in my caravan for them but I never use it.
