Basically, you fasten the straps across the mattresses, unpeg, hoist the wall canvas up onto the roof panels at each end, then fold the beds over (the one with the lower end frame brackets folds first). Lower the frame, lift all sides of the canvas up onto the roof, unclip the apex frame then fold it down (look again at the frame bracket pieces, lower side folds first).
The instruction booklet is actually pretty naff. Just try to get the canvas as flat as you can when you lift it onto the roof (easier with 2 people, one each side). Stand on the draw bar at the back and use the step at the front.
It'll get easier with practice.
