Hello 👋
I have 2 socket holes on each side of the chassis on my Conway Crusader folding camper. I believe that these maybe for a top rack system for carrying extra luggage. I haven’t been able to confirm this or find any such rack for sale. Can anyone advise me if I’m totally wrong please?

Don't think it's for a luggage rack, more than likely a bike carrier.

If no one comes along with a definitive answer you could ask here.
