Hi I have recently brought this folding camper have seen it erected but Now I have it home I am having a problem erecting it myself I am lifting the bars and when I attempt to pull the strap which extends the bed nothing happens what am I doing wrong , thank you

The Crusader in this video is more or less the same as a Cruiser, whereas the Crusader has a toilet and the Cruiser doesn't.
