It looks like a domed head carriage bolt which are available from most DIY stores and online which are usually sold in packs of 10 so ideal to keep as spares. You just need to measure the total length of the bolt and the diameter of the screw thread.

That sounds like a Domed Star Lock Fastener.
If you know the diameter of the pin they are easily obtained from an industrial fastener supplier or on-line.
