right i think whoever owned your camplet before you had done some "fiddling around" aka tinkering! there is no way your camplet came with those batteries fitted
as for going solar then dead simple, buy a leisure battery 75 amps will do you fine, get a solar panel 100 watt panel is more than enough, and a mppt charge controller, simple as that, contect them all up start with a fully charged leisure battery by charging using a car charger at home and then once connected up the solar panel should replace whatever you are using during the day. and unless your planning on running an electric cool box or anything such as a kettle or has heat involved the you will be fine
