In our Pathfinder the bedding was kept in place by a nylon webbing type strap that lived under the mattress.
Lashed the bedding down before flipping over and everything stayed in place.

This strap was actually part of the Pathfinder set up, so came with the FC.

eBay / Amazon are probably the best place for spares, and at least for the moment eBay is the best place for accessories while the new owners of Pennine/Conway get their new product range in place.

Things I've added are:

For electric hookup only:
- a 16L portable freezer, which sits neatly on the cupboard by the door
- a Daewoo halogen oven which sits on on of that
- an electric plinth heater under the oven

Either offgrid or EHU:
- a diesel heater under the 2 seater just in front of the truma boiler
- a fold-down shelf & USB charger on the bed side of the wardrobe for drinks/charging my phone.

I think I got all of these from Amazon, with the exception of the 8L diesel tank which I got from eBay (the 10L tank that came with my heater was too large to fit under the seat).

Things that are difficult to come by if you've not got them are curtain poles/curtains. Before I got my cabin canvas upgrade, I used bungee cords & black-out curtains with rings.
