I have just acquired this Trailer Tent and i think it's a holiday 400se. 2004ish.Could anyone give me some info on how to set up the cabin canvas. When opening up the 1st cabin canvas pole the canvas isn't attached to the poles like the 350 model that is shown on youtube, there are 3 seperate unattached cabin canvasses with one that has loops that should be attached to the pole,so how do the other 2 canvas sections attach to the frame or connected to the frame? and do you have to remove the adjustable horizontal pole from the 2 vertical poles to put the canvas loops through then replace the horizontal pole.
SunnCamp Holiday 400SE - there are many photos of used ones for sale on Google, taken from many different angles. Trawling through those might help, if no one here comes back with advice based on experience.
You could contact SunnCamp, they might be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi, we had one of these a few years back....maybe able to dig out some old photos........
Not sure what you mean by 3 cabin canvases - by cabin do you mean sleeping area?
Should be one canvas tied to the adjustable bars that make up the frame, then 2 inner tent sections (not canvas) that make up the 2 seperate bedrooms.
Any other canvas we had was left attached to the cabin canvas and then pulled over the poles that made up the living space. We then removed the central pole as it was inconvenient and the roof supported itself anyway.
Ask away and I'll try and help...........!
Hi,I didn't think that Sunncamp was still trading so it didn't even occur to me to try and contact them! I have just got their website and have asked them if they could give me any advice on this, well done and thank you very much, will update you on the outcome.
Hi,Thanks for your reply. As far as i know, on opening the cabin( sleeping area )the canvas should be attached to the pole framework(left & right),however,my framework has no canvases attached but there are 3 separate canvas sections that have zips and are obviously meant to be attached to the framework, what i would like to know is how to attach them to the framework permanently so as not to have to re-attach them every time,i hope this explains the issue more clearly.I have taken the advice of another contributor and contacted Sunncamp directly. Thanks again.Phil.

Not really, sorry,it,s on my house front which is crammed with 2 cars also so space is really tight!I had to take it to a car park the one time i have opened it up to see what's what and people were asking me if i'm gonna live in the car park! quite funny really.
UPDATE... Managed to get cabin canvas sections whilst tent closed, note the section on the right has the loops so i'm guessing that all the sections have to be zipped together when closing so they all just fall into place when opening,i'm just not sure how they're situated on the framework when opened.
Ok, that might help.....I'm struggling to work out which part that is! is it the window section in the bedroom section and the loops are the curtain holders?
Hi,I'm sorry but the photo is really bad,not only is it virtually impossible to determine what's what, but really bad focus.Basically, there are 3 sections of canvas,2 at approx 6'wide x 7'high,and 1 at approx 7'wide x 7'high,these 3 sections zip together to make 1 piece that has 3 windows and an opening that zips as a door.It obviously is the living area(cabin)but it just doesn't look like there's enough canvas to cover the whole of the framework, and i cant work out how this canvas attaches to the framework. The centre section of the 3 has sown in loops along the top which i assume is supposed to slide over 1 of the 4 frame bows.As i said previously, space is tight in my home so i've booked a night at a local campsite next week so hopefully all will become clear, thanks for your replies, appreciate it.I'll try and post another pic today which shows all 3 canvas sections connected.
