Hi all, I'm hoping someone can shed some light on my query. I've just acquired this TT and the problem i have is that i have the instruction manual for the Quickstop model and it clearly shows that the roof section should consist of 5 hooked poles that should connect to the cabin, however,i have only 3 hooked poles! Also, the diagram shows an overall length of the awning frame of 4.4mt but the actual measurement of the opened TT is 4.2mt.I appreciate this is an old model and can only think that the manual is meant for later models,so can anyone offer any advice on how the awning that i have is meant to fit,or any other sources of information that might be able to help. Thanks.

I think the Quickstop has changed over the years! Plenty of awnings do have seem to have 3 roof poles, so it might be right for the model, or they could be missing. Does the cabin have 5 places to hook poles in? If you lay all the poles out on the ground, could you build a frame with what you have?

This cheesy Raclet video has an awning with 3 roof poles.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKEA5LYth8g&list=RDrKEA5LYth8g&start_radio=1

As to the width, it might just peg out a bit wider than the cabin, that's pretty common as well. Again, you can see that on the video.

All the best,
Alison
