been to  a few sites but thaay say insurance for trailer tents and caravans.  not sure whether that would cover the FC

I wondered the same when we got ours but the insurance companies  just seem to class FCs as the same as TTs. If they insure TTs and caravans then FCs should not be a problem. Did ours through the C&CC but don't think we'll be renewing the membership this year as we've never bothered with any of their sites. Liked the Big Book of Sites tho'.

Try caravan wise £82 for a years cover insured at £3500, I did a lot of phoning around only last week i thought i`d bagged myself a bargin.

We joined penine owners club costs £10 and you can then get a percentage off insurance through Richard Keen ,ours was about £130 which covers it for £6500.

check out your car insurance I think it covers you for a trailer, if your campers old like ours you might not want to fork out loads on insurance.

I might be wrong as hubby deals with all things like insurance and cars, I`m sure someone will know otherwise.

P.s how was your first trip out, did you love the clubman.Chatted with you when you were picking it up.
