You might have trouble finding somewhere in your FC to fix a heater permanently bearing in mind that everything has its place when packed down.

I bought a little free standing gas heater that runs on small disposable cannisters of gas when I had my FC.  It's quite small (about 12"x12"x8") but does give out considerable heat.  I only ever had it on about quarter heat and that was ample and the cannister lasted on average about 8 hrs.  Not bad value when the cannisters cost about £2.50.

In the evenings, I put it on the top of the kitchen unit so there was no risk of anyone tripping over it.  It could also, of course, go in the awning too.

Sandy.
