Hi we have had our Sunncamp 400se just over 12 months now and we need to find replacement clips for the kitchen stretcher bars (white clips) we have only one left now and could really do with some before our next trip in 4 weeks. Anyone know of a supplier or do we have to order replacememtn bars?

Gosh that isn't very good then .... Glad I have a Raclet they replied straight away  Do have a Sunncamp Handy Tent which I am happy with though

I have just purchased a Sunncamp 400SE from Camping International (collecting tomorrow), they seem extremely helpful and knowledgable.  Why not give them a try for help?

for spares get the towsure catalouge they have every thing in there like the  nylon end bits to the springs thats go in the poles and tool to insert the spring and remove old broken ones...try that link..

Hi Nick, glad he was able to help.

I collected my TT from him yesterday, what a helpful guy!  He couldn't do enough for us.  I also mentioned Karende's problem, and he suggested that for any Sunncamp spares, try looking on the Pennine website, at their spares catalogue - apparently they are all the same!  That's because Pennine now own Conway, who I think already owned Sunncamp.  Incestuous business this, isn't it!  :-)
